School is out and it is another day to get better!  

Make sure you sign up for the Spring Break Camp March 17th - March 21st.

 Players will be working on ball handling, shooting, defense, and footwork.

Why not brush up on your skills while everyone else is relaxing? Athletes will engage in all fundamental drills throughout camp. Yes, if your athlete is a beginner or an advanced athlete this camp will be beneficial to all. 

Stationary and Transition dribbling drills will be reviewed as well as two ball dribble drills and off hand work. 

Shooting Form and Mechanics is vital to all basketball athletes. It is important for athletes to work on their shooting daily in order to become a better shooter. Our coaches will assist with shooting tips that will help you become a better shooter, it is all in the details. 

Defense and footwork is important for athletes that are not as skilled but have the will to do the little things. Defense is not easy and not everyone wants to play defense, those that accept the challenge will be recognized. Proper defensive techniques and drills will help elevate your athletes game.
